Alarmbridge Connect ensures that analogue-based alarm communication is reliably delivered between the warden call system’s control unit and the alarm receiving centre (ARC) platform over a protected Internet connection. This cuts the dependency on the PSTN network. Alarmbridge Connect replaces the old analogue connection with a Gateway and converts the analogue alarm communication to a digital protocol for delivery to an IP-based ARC.
